I am a full time triathlon coach based in SouthWest London, dedicated to help athletes of all abilities achieve their goals with bespoke training plans build around their specific needs.

After leading a sedentary lifestyle as a young adult I discovered triathlon at the age of 22, teaching myself to swim freestyle, ride a road bike and run from scratch; I have since completed over 20 triathlons, held club championship titles, and am currently training for Ironman UK.


I aim to create a truly personal service for athletes, establishing the way they want the relationship to work early on, and using scientific methods to test and develop athletes to make sure they reach peak fitness for race day. As someone who has previously trained while working a full time job, I am well aware of not only the physical stresses that triathlon places on us, but the emotional costs of training for a big event. Since starting coaching in early 2016 I have helped dozens of athletes with everything from completing their first triathlon to top 10 finishes at World Championship Events.

Piotr Mizerek- Physiotherapist


My name is Piotr Mizerek, I hold MSc in Physiotherapy, Post
Graduate Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and have 10 years of
experience under my belt.

I have more than 4 years of experience in running assessments. I
have helped many runners to achieve their goals and improve results
by correcting their running style and posture, advising on the right
shoe selection, reviewing their running plans by adding specific and
personalised strength and conditioning training plan.

I’ve always been a keen athlete, but since I started to train triathlon
and run longer distances I developed strong interest in strength and
conditioning exercises and functional training to improve my
performance. By observing my own body and how it responds to
training regime, and combining it with my physiotherapy expertise, I
am able to identify weaknesses and areas prone to injuries and how
to prevent them.

Triathlon is a very specific and demanding sport and we need to look
at your body from the broader perspective. Just swimming, cycling
and running is not enough to get the best results. I will focus on
getting you stronger, more flexible and agile to avoid injuries. By
adding appropriate correcting and strengthening exercises to your
training regime I will ensure you achieve your ultimate personal best
performance this season.

I am a Sports Therapist and Biomechanics Coach from London UK working with athletes and the public to maximise their quality of movement, improve performance to minimize aches and pains. I have over ten years experience working with a wide range of individuals to achieve their goals, and have a unique approach blending scientific assessment and a hands-on approach to ensure results every time!

I carry Diplomas in Biomechanics Coaching, Sports Therapy and Fitness Training, giving me a wide range of knowledge to help you at every stage of your movement goals.
