Training Plans

A new addition to the services we offer, you can purchase a variety of generic training plans written by Ironman and British Triathlon certified coach Simon Olney. We have cycling, running, swimming, triathlon and Covid-19 specific plans to help you improve as an athlete.

All plans are purchased through TrainingPeaks where you can follow workouts in detail, we believe it’s a fantastic and versatile platform for helping athletes take their training to the next level.
