Training Plans

A good training plan is at the heart of all triathlon coaching, specifying exactly which sessions to do, when to do them and how fast/hard to train. We pride ourselves on creating truly individual training plans working around athlete’s current ability, availability and fitness goals.

If you decide to take out a Phazon training plan you will be sent a brief questionnaire about your health, availability, training history and best race performances for us to help us create a plan which works for you.

£20 per month 

Buying a standalone training plan does not give you access to coaching staff, or allow for amendments due to change of circumstance. If you are looking for a more comprehensive training package view our coaching packages are available here
